If you wish to return an item you will need to obtain a returns reference note from our customer service department. Provided your items are in unused and resaleable condition, and your return has been advised within 30 days from your invoice date, your return will be accepted for credit (terms apply)
Please note, ‘ZV’ codes (specially ordered items) and specially engineered items will not be accepted for credit unless deemed faulty.
In the unfortunate event that you have an issue or fault with our product, you will need to contact our quality assurance team to discuss a return or replacement. Upon return of the products, a test and inspection will be carried out, if the goods are found to be defective through a manufacturing fault then a credit or replacement will be issued accordingly. Should any issue identified to be the result of an installation error or misuse any claim for credit will be void.
Our terms and conditions for returning an item depend on the circumstances. In some cases, a re-stocking charge may be applicable; you will be fully advised by our customer service team should this be the case.
