If you complete a contact form on our website you will be providing us with information, such as your name, company name, company address, email address, phone number, job title, residential address, etc. A copy of your form is automatically emailed to our sales team so that they can deal with your request. We only collect this information so that we can verify you are our customer and/or answer your request/query effectively.
If you upload a document to our website, such as a despatch note or CV; this information is stored within our WordPress administrative suite or, in the case of a CV, is automatically forwarded to an appropriate member of our staff for review. Uploading of documents is entirely voluntary and we only collect this information so that we can provide direct despatch services or, in the case of CVs, for recruitment. If you would like us to remove your CV, despatch note, other personal details from our database then please email webmaster@leengatevalves.co.uk
If you request an online account be activated we will use information such as your company postcode, company name and general email in order to generate an online account. We only collect this information so that we can verify you are our customer and create your account. If you wish to delete your online account then please email webmaster@leengatevalves.co.uk.
If you place an order, or update your user profile via your online account, your company billing and shipping addresses will be stored within your profile in order to simplify future checkout processes. You can change this information at any time in the “My Account” screen. A copy of your order, including your address, is automatically generated and will be emailed to our sales team for internal processing. A copy of your order is also stored within our WordPress administrative suite and a copy is stored in the “Orders” section of “My Account” for your future refrerence.
Any information stored within our WordPress administrative suite is accessible by selected members of staff only via password protected account. We retain information in order to get a better understanding of how our website is being used and where we might improve. We do not collect or retain this information for marketing purposes.
